Moving to a rental apartment can come with many questions, big and small. Here, we have compiled general information about our apartments and included pictures that showcase what a typical apartment with us might look like.

There may be differences between various projects, so for detailed information about specific apartments or projects, always refer to the information provided during the leasing process.

About Our Apartments

Here are pictures from a sample apartment with us. The images show what you can expect when moving in with us in terms of colors, materials, and appliances. However, there may be differences from project to project; the information on this page provides only an introduction to our apartments. Here is also a brief presentation of our apartments:

In our apartments, you will find the following appliances:

  • Washing machine and dryer or combination machine
  • Dishwasher
  • Microwave
  • Stove with glass ceramic hob and oven
  • Refrigerator and freezer, either as separate or combined cabinets

The following materials and colors are prominent in our apartments:

  • Oak parquet on all floors, tiles in the hallway and bathroom
  • Fully tiled bathrooms
  • Walls are painted in broken white
  • Stone window sills
  • Black laminate countertop in the kitchen and bathroom
  • Wardrobes and cabinets have smooth white doors

Included in the rent, with reservations for differences between projects and considering conditions:

  • Waste collection
  • Heating (district heating)
  • Bicycle parking in storage

Not included in the rent:

  • Electricity
  • Water and sewer (hot and cold water)
  • Broadband (TV, Telephone, Internet)
  • Basement storage (all apartments have storage in the apartment)
  • Parking (Car (including handicapped parking), Electric car, Motorcycle, or moped), subject to availability in parking garages and decks

Rent:

The rents for the different apartments are determined based on each project's conditions, so there is no more information about rent collected here. Instead, all applicants in our housing queue receive more information about the rent when the leasing process for the project or apartment begins.
