Construction of the block began in June 2014, with a strong focus on creating a modern commercial property where tenants could run competitive businesses.
Friskis & Svettis opened on December 26, 2015, followed by the opening of a Willys grocery store in April 2016.
In May 2017, a lease agreement was signed with Folktandvården Västra Götaland for over 706 square meters. This required an extension of approximately 400 square meters on the previously unused second-floor development rights. Occupancy began in the first quarter of 2018.
During autumn 2019, another expansion was initiated on the Radarflyget 206:1 property. The extension added 413 square meters of gross floor area (GFA) on the second floor. Hotel Torslanda, operated by Amhult 2, was expanded with 12 additional hotel apartments.
