Housing queue terms
- The queue fee is SEK 495 for 365 days. To keep your place and continue collecting queue points, you must pay the fee on time.
- You can join the queue from the year you turn 16. You may also register and pay for someone else, such as your child.
- Your place in the queue is personal and cannot be transferred. The person whose points are used must be named on the lease and live in the apartment. A spouse or partner, for example, may be named as a joint tenant.
- Each day in the queue earns you one point. Points can be used to apply for apartments in both new developments and existing properties.
- You must register your interest in available apartments yourself. Joining the queue does not guarantee that you will be offered an apartment.
- Queue points guide the allocation of apartments. More points improve your chances, but we also carry out an overall assessment based on our rental criteria. The applicant with the most points is therefore not automatically offered the apartment.
- Your queue points are used up when the lease is signed. You may then register again and start collecting points from zero.
- You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and up to date. Offers and requests for information must be answered within the specified time.
Before signing your lease
- We assess everyone who will be named on the lease. This includes reviewing finances, credit checks, background checks and references. As the applicant, you are responsible for informing any prospective joint tenant about this.
- We always require security for the lease. Depending on our assessment, this will be either a deposit equivalent to three months’ rent or a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent combined with a guarantor.
- Our residential properties are smoke-free, both indoors and outdoors. This includes apartments, balconies, patios, courtyards and all communal areas.
- Pets are welcome. As a tenant, you are financially responsible for any damage or excessive wear and tear caused by your pet.
- The following maximum occupancy limits apply. ROK means rooms and kitchen; the room count excludes the kitchen and bathroom:
- 1 ROK: 2 people + 1 child up to 2 years of age.
- 2 ROK: 3 people, including children.
- 3 ROK: 4 people, including children.
- 4 ROK: 6 people, including children.
- 5 ROK: 7 people, including children.
This is how you become a member of the housing queue
Create a queue profile via the magnifying glass “APPLICANT? Click here to register a new account.”
Activate your profile by paying the queue fee of SEK 495 via Swish or debit/credit card directly in the system once you are logged in to your queue profile.
The queue fee is valid for 365 days from the payment date. When the validity period is about to expire, the fee must be renewed in order to keep your queue position and accumulated queue points.
Your queue position is activated on the same day your first payment is completed.
From the payment date, you start accumulating queue time and can apply for available apartments with us.
If the queue fee is not paid on time, all accumulated queue points will be lost and your queue profile will be deleted from the system. To apply for an apartment again, you will need to register a new queue profile and start over.
In your queue profile, you can view your current queue time as well as all payments you have made since becoming a member.
