Error reports and inquiries about all forms of administrative matters should preferably be made directly to us via the app or on our website, click here to get to the error report. This applies to both regular and on-call cases.

Contact details can also be found on all wallpads in the entrance to your home, together with the times when the administration is open for telephone calls. Cases that come in through our case management system are handled every weekday.
