Amhult 2 operates a private housing queue. You can join the queue by creating a profile. At the bottom of this page, you will find further information about the terms and conditions, useful information and how to activate your profile by making a payment.

Amhult 2 has approximately 420 apartments, ranging from one to five rooms and a kitchen. Waiting times vary depending on the number of tenants moving out and the completion of new developments. Being active in your search and registering your interest in several available apartments may increase your chances of being offered an apartment.

Waiting times for apartments allocated during the past 18 months

• 1 room and kitchen: 1–2 years
• 2 rooms and kitchen: 1–3 years
• 3 rooms and kitchen: 2–5 years
• 4 rooms and kitchen: 1–5 years
• 5 rooms and kitchen: Insufficient data to provide a reliable range

These waiting times indicate approximately how long successful applicants had been registered in our housing queue before being offered an apartment during the past 18 months. They are provided as guidance only and do not guarantee that you will be offered an apartment within a particular period.

Waiting times can vary considerably. In 2026, apartments were allocated both to applicants who had been in the queue for up to seven years and to applicants who had been registered for less than three months.

• 5 rooms and kitchen: 101–130 sqm

In our apartments, you will find the following appliances:

The following materials and colors are prominent in our apartments:

• Oak parquet on all floors, tiles in the hallway and bathroom

• Walls are painted in broken white
• Stone window sills
• Black laminate countertop in the kitchen and bathroom
• Wardrobes and cabinets have smooth white doors

Included in the rent, with reservations for differences between projects and considering conditions:
