This page is crucial to keep an eye on during your stay with us. Initially, our tenants are informed through the wall pads located near your mailboxes. If the wall pads are not functioning, you will be notified through the website and possibly via email.
Fault report
Urgent events such as fire or other dangers to life or health must always go to SOS 112
Urgent errors that absolutely cannot wait until tomorrow but do not require emergency services, e.g. water leak in the apartment or elsewhere in the property, you are stuck in the elevator, you cannot enter your building, or you are very disturbed by your neighbors, contact our emergency number 0709 56 35 28.
