Hercules South buildning – 49 new rental aparments on it's way

Terrester AB has signed a turnkey contract with Wästbygg Entreprenad AB for the construction of Kv. Hercules Phase 2 – the southern building. The project includes 49 rental apartments ranging from 1 to 5 rooms and a kitchen (ROK), as well as the completion of parts of the underground garage. The agreement has been signed, and occupancy is planned to take place in stages after the summer of 2027.

This marks the final stage of the Hercules block, and the company looks forward to completing this important residential development. As usual, apartments will be offered through our housing queue, where your queue points and number of days in the queue will affect your chances of receiving an offer.

The allocation process is expected to begin approximately eight months before the first move-in date, around the turn of the year 2026/2027. At the same time, apartment layouts will be made available to all applicants. To ensure you receive information about upcoming rentals, make sure you are registered in our housing queue.
