Kv. Spitfire is located right between the park and the commercial area – close to everything! The block consists of two buildings with a total of 80 apartments: 75 units ranging from studios to 4-room apartments, and 5 two-story townhouses with 5 rooms and private entrances.

All apartments have either a patio or a balcony. The 5 townhouses feature two patios – one at the entrance and a larger one accessible from the living room. The end-unit townhouses have patios that wrap around the entire home.
