Amhult 2's business consists of property development under its own management, land acquisition, development and management of rental housing, offices and commercial premises.

Our business

Our proporties are suitable for both private, municipal, and government tenants and administrations. Our current tenants for the premises also include restaurants, gyms, wellness facilities, hotels, and offices.

The company has a fee-based waiting list for our rental apartments that includes several hundred applicants. Our long-term need for land for construction is secured and unlike several property developers in the market, we do not produce condominiums but only rental apartments.

Göteborgs Stad erbjuder genom Mötesplatser för seniorer ett brett utbud av aktiviteter och social gemenskap för seniorer på Hisingen – bland annat i Torslanda på Mötesplats Solängsvägen 53.
Flygparken är nu öppen för allmänheten

Nu är Flygparken färdig och öppen för allmänheten – ett efterlängtat tillskott till Amhult Centrum och en ny plats för lek, möten och avkoppling.
