Amhult 2's business consists of property development under its own management, land acquisition, development and management of rental housing, offices and commercial premises.

Our business

Our proporties are suitable for both private, municipal, and government tenants and administrations. Our current tenants for the premises also include restaurants, gyms, wellness facilities, hotels, and offices. 

The company has a fee-based waiting list for our rental apartments that includes several hundred applicants. Our long-term need for land for construction is secured and unlike several property developers in the market, we do not produce condominiums but only rental apartments.

  • Bygglov beviljat för södra huset i Kv. Hercules

    Stadsbyggnadsnämnden i Göteborg har beviljat bygglov för uppförandet av det södra huset i Kv. Hercules. Byggnaden kommer att uppföras ovanpå befintligt garage och källarplan och innehålla 49 hyreslägenheter i varierande storlekar.

    Detta markerar nästa steg i utvecklingen av kvarteret, där den norra byggnaden redan är färdigställd. Inflyttning planeras ske etappvis efter sommaren 2027.

    Beslutet fattades den 27 augusti 2025 och innebär att Terrester AB nu kan gå vidare mot tekniskt samråd och startbesked.

  • Hercules South buildning – 49 new rental aparments on it's way

    Terrester AB has signed a turnkey contract with Wästbygg Entreprenad AB for the construction of Kv. Hercules Phase 2 – the southern building. The project includes 49 rental apartments ranging from 1 to 5 rooms and kitchens (ROK), as well as the completion of parts of the underground garage.
