What should be reported as a fault and how?

Emergency situations such as fire or other life-threatening hazards should always be reported to SOS 112.

Urgent issues that cannot wait until the next day but do not require emergency services, such as a water leak in the apartment or elsewhere in the building, being stuck in the elevator, being unable to enter your building, or being significantly disturbed by your neighbors, should be reported to the emergency number at 0709 56 35 28.

What are other administrative matters and how are these reported?

Other errors and other administrative measures are reported in accordance with below. Management measures are e.g. name changes on mailboxes, ordering keys, help with changes in the apartment, full bins in the environmental room, damage to the apartment as well as questions about apartment changes, subletting or other aspects of the tenancy relationship. In short, everything can be counted as an administrative matter when it comes to something in the tenancy relationship.

However, if it applies to invoice questions, you will find contact details for the invoice manager under "Contact us".
